Did you know that your beautiful body was designed to experience joyful, playful movement? That's because moving our bodies in this way helps to reduce stress and tension that builds up in our bodies over time. But sadly, as adults we don't make time for playful movement because we're too busy "adulting". So how can you bring more joy and movement into your world?
With the magical healing movement of Silk Fan Flow! In this fun and free flow movement workshop you will learn simple foundational moves with beautiful Silk Fans that will allow you to experience feelings of lightness and freedom with ease whenever you need it! Silk Fan Flow is dynamic and versatile, making it possible for all ages and levels of mobility to explore this healing flow movement. No dance experience is necessary, and Silk Fans are provided.
