Let’s make two traditional Lebanese dishes – Fatteh is a chickpea and yogurt dish served over toasted pita that comes together for a quick weeknight meal. We’ll also make Mloukhia, – a soup/stew made with Mloukhia (a spinach like leaf) cooked with chicken and broth and served with rice, dried pita bread and pickled onions.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
