Join the CCCC Performing Arts Program for "Fiveplay," by Erica Smith, an affectionate look at polyamory and the modern family.
Emerson's dating Sawyer, who's married to Monty, who's dating Ray, who's also dating Avery, who's married to Emerson. And their friend Keegan lives with them too. "Fiveplay" by Erica Smith offers an affectionate look at polyamory and the modern family.

We invite audiences to join us for a talk back with the playwright Erica Smith after the 7:30 pm show on Saturday November 19th.

Jess Wilson is a former C-level executive leader with extensive experience as an actor, tech, designer, producer, playwright, and director, and is the Artistic and Managing Director of the WatermelonAlligator Theatre Company. An experienced actor-combatant, Jess also works as an Intimacy Director, Fight Captain, and Safety Coordinator for stage and film. Jess is an accomplished author, consultant, executive coach, teaching artist, and speaker who conducts classes and workshops on culture transformation, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B), public speaking, leadership, empathy, and a wide range of theatre disciplines, and frequently speaks across the country on a variety of healthcare, leadership, and humanitarian topics.

Erica Smith is a Maryland-based actor and play-wright. She is a founding member of The Coil Pro-ject (thecoilproject.org), a Washington, DC theater collective, serving as Playwright in Residence since its inception in 2014 and co-Artistic Director (with Rebecca Fischler) from 2019-2022. Her writing and voice can frequently be heard on alternate Sundays on The Coil Project Variety Hour on Takoma Park Radio (takomaradio.org).

We are thrilled and grateful that Erica will be joining the cast and production team for a talkback after the closing show on Saturday November 19th.
