Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Thursday, November 17, from 12-2pm. Join Agatha in creating a Vegetarian dish of cauliflower steak, rubbed in cumin and other spices, served with a side of mashed potato and topped with a toasted pine nut, raisin and lemon relish. Lots of flavor and color, high in nutrients and low in calories.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
