Celebrate Gary Albert and Mike Almote with a herb garden party.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Wednesday, October 5, at 5-7 pm.
Chef Gary Albert arrived at the Cultural Center a year ago and has been a great and welcomed talent for our events! He took over the herb garden after Mike Almonte moved on. Thank you so much Mike!! Tonight we will start with Goat’s cheese bruschetta with basil syrup, Ora King salmon grilled over fennel stalks, Pappardelle with an herbed duck and wild mushroom Bolognese, and finish with a rosemary creme brûlée. We will be making complimentary Ulysses Left on Ithaca cocktails (Earl Grey tea, ginger, thyme, lemon and Bourbon). This dinner will take place outside on our patio weather permitting, if not inside, in the Constandtinidis Great Hall.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
