In this class students will learn to knit a pair of Scandinavian short boot socks with a decorative cuff in two colors.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on five Fridays, beginning on November 11, from 1-3 pm.
There will be no class on November 25. In this class students will learn to knit a pair of Scandinavian short boot socks with a decorative cuff in two colors. This is an advance class for the experienced knitter. The student needs to be familiar with knitting using a set of five double pointed needles. They must also be familiar with stranded knitting/ two color work and need to know how to decrease. The instructor will teach students how to knit a heel flap and how to turn a heel.
