Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Friday, September 16, from 1-3pm. Join Agatha in the preparation of a nice twist on a Caprese salad! Charred mini peppers, cherry tomatoes and chunks of burrata cheese come together with a refreshing lemon-honey-balsamic dressing, fresh basil and crushed pistachios. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
