Join us for this opportunity to pay tribute to the state of New York on the 21st anniversary of a day when its people rose as one to meet a great challenge. We will be using ducks from The Hudson Valley. We’ll start with Montauk tile fish Brodetto with saffron and Hudson Valley foie gras croutons, Magret duck salad with duck rillettes and smoked magret breast, roast Long Island duck a’la’orange sauce and finish with Coney Island brewed root beer float pie. Complimentary NY State Riesling will be served.
