Let’s enjoy some of her recipes. Escargots a la Bourguignonne, Coquilles St Jacques ala Parisienne, poached salmon with a mirepoix Veloute sauce and finish with a berry Clafoutis. Complimentary bubbles will be served. This dinner will take place in The Owl Hall. This is a BYOB event and Julia was a Beaujolais sipper!
