Meetinghouse Clay Center’s Annual Summer Pottery & Craft Fest will feature some of its resident artists and students’ pottery, as well crafts by artists from the Cape arts community. The sale will be held just in time for Mother’s Day, on Saturday, August 6, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Rain date Sunday, August 7.

The fair will feature all locally hand-crafted pottery, jewelry, macramé wall hangings, and as well as custom designed planters crafted by artists from The Meetinghouse and planted by Genevieve Griffith of Hyannis Country Garden, who is also a student at The Meetinghouse. These will be available for purchase, and funds from the sales will support programming at the studio. Each of the invited artists participating in the fair brings his or her own unique voice to the idea that handcrafted art brings pleasure to daily life.
