Featured Artist – Eileen Smith

Eastwind Gallery is proud to present Eileen Smith as the Featured Artist during the week of July 11th  - 16th.  She will be at the gallery on July 11th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Eileen is a well-known local artist who owned and managed “HandCraft House Gallery” in Brewster for thirty years. As a result, her paintings and prints are in homes throughout the U.S. and abroad.

The incomparable beauty of the natural landscape has been her main subject and source of inspiration since moving to "the Cape" in 1977.  Eileen’s current Eastwind exhibit, “Salty Outside” is a remarkable collection of recent paintings capturing bayside sunsets, salt marsh meadows, tethered sailboats, grassy beach dunes, and much more.

Eastwind Gallery is a cooperative with 14 gallery artists displaying a diverse array of artwork. The gallery is located downstairs between Watson’s Men’s Apparel & Gallant Jewelry in the heart of the Orleans Cultural District. Enter from Main St. or Main St. Square where FREE parking is available behind Watson’s with a rear entrance to the gallery. Gallery hours until June 30th are Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. July gallery hours will be Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
