In this collage class, students will be printing and using their monotype prints in combination with found papers or cut up paintings, to experiment and make wonderfully creative Mixed Media paintings.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on three Tuesdays, beginning June 7, from 10:30am-1pm in the Fresh Paint Studio. In this collage class, students will be printing and using their monotype prints (done using a gelli-plate) in combination with found papers or cut up paintings, to experiment and make wonderfully creative Mixed Media paintings. Acrylic paint, handmade stamps, linoleum cut blocks, stencils and a variety of textural items will be utilized to create patterns, textures and details.
