ART & SOUL GALA CELEBRATES SPRING AND THE ARTS IN SANDWICH

The Sandwich Arts Alliance (SAA) invites the public to celebrate “spring and the arts” at The Ridge Club in Sandwich for their annual Art & Soul Gala, a key fundraiser featuring cocktails, buffet dinner, live music, an awards ceremony, live and silent auctions, and a special juried SAA Member Art Show and Sale.

The Art & Soul Gala will take place at The Ridge Club, 70 Country Club Road, Sandwich on Wednesday, May 11th from 6-10 pm. Tickets are $85/pp and are available online at www.sandwichartsalliance.org or at the Sandwich Arts Alliance Center & Gallery, 124 Route 6A, Sandwich.

During the awards ceremony “ARTvocate” awards will be presented to two honorees who have shown outstanding support of the arts in Sandwich. This year’s recipients are The Colbert Family of Fisherman’s View Restaurant in Sandwich and Paula Johnson of Sandwich Community Television & Media.

The live and silent auctions will feature a unique selection of original art as well as generous donations from local businesses and supporters. The juried SAA Member Art Show and Sale will be a one-event exhibit specifically designed to introduce local artistic talent to those who would enjoy meeting the artists in person.
