A perfect pairing of excerpts from Cape Cod author Mick Carlon’s book Girl Singer and music of the period by singer Leslie Boyle with Fred Boyle on piano, Alan Clinger on guitar, Ron Ormsby on bass and Bart Weisman on drums playing music of the of the period with a book signing following the concert. Carlon, a retired educator who taught at Barnstable High School and Barnstable Intermediate School, is also the author of the novels Riding on Duke’s Train and Travels With Louis (Leapfrog Press). The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
