Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Wednesday, December 15, from 6-8pm. Join Chef Joe as he demonstrates (and you enjoy) dishes from The Feast of the Seven Fishes, the annual Christmas Eve vigil and epic seafood feast that has grown into the most beloved meal of the year in Italian-American households. Sample small bites of Baccala salad; grilled octopus with beach plum vinaigrette; a lobster, mango, and grapefruit bite; angel hair pasta with clam sauce; tarragon poached sole with grapes; seared halibut gravlax with caper berry sauce; and calamari stuffed with veal, pine nuts, and raisins. Complimentary Prosecco will be poured! Until further notice, students over 12 in all Cultural Center classes will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test conducted within 72 hours prior to the event. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
