Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Wednesday, November 3, from 6-8pm. Join Chef Joe as he demonstrates (and you enjoy) a return to the Simoneau Culinary Arts Center and a gustatory visit to Tuscany. The chef will prepare a chestnut pasta with rabbit and wild mushroom ragout, roast rack of wild boar with grapes and grilled bitters, and finish with Italian cheeses. Complimentary Tuscan whites and reds will be poured. Until further notice, students over 12 in all Cultural Center classes will be required to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test conducted within 72 hours prior to the event. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
