In this class, students will explore aromatherapy, the art of using essential oils that penetrate the body through the skin and sense of smell.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Tuesday, September 28, from 6-7:15pm. In this class, students will explore aromatherapy, the art of using essential oils that penetrate the body through the skin and sense of smell, to aid wellbeing and promote relaxation. Students will learn how to blend essential oils and create an aromatherapy oil to use in a meditation practice, in self massage, or to enhance a more restful sleep.
