In a celebratory follow-up to the 2020 – 2021 eight-month showing of all thirty-one Fred Astaire film musicals, Dr. Marc Strauss, Professor Emeritus, Conservatory of Theatre & Dance, College of Arts & Media, Southeast Missouri State University, and Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater, co-host the showing of all 18 film musicals starring Gene Kelly, plus dance excerpts of four films and two special documentaries. Please join us for twenty-one consecutive Fridays at 7 pm on Zoom from May 28 – October 15, 2021 for historically contextualized introductions, showing of the film(s), and post-film discussion led by Marc.
