A fun and supportive day of painting.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, July 17, from 9am-4pm. In this fun and supportive day of painting, we will deconstruct, interpret, and let go through gesture, value, composition, color, and mark making. We will start the day with a demonstration, do some “stretching” exercises, and build our scene using everything we have! There will be new approaches to try, boundaries to push, and plenty of individual instruction as we make the scene ours. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
