Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on six Tuesdays, beginning July 6, from 1:30-4:30pm. This class is for teens ages 13 and up. In this six-week course, you'll work with Jack Turnbull to create your own graphic novel or comic book, from idea to Finished Inks! Jack is the author of many graphic novels like Roger Otto: Dinosaur Skateboarder and The Wash-A-Shores. Jack earned a BFA in Illustration from Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in Providence, RI, and participated in the European Honors Program (RISD), in Rome, Italy. He now teaches courses including Comics and the Graphic Novel at Lesley University. No previous experience necessary. Get ready to do lots and lots of drawing! $225/$220 for members.
