At this special dinner, learn how to cook an amazing meal and celebrate all the brave men and woman who fought for this country during World War II. We will taste all Pacific Ocean types of seafood. We will start with grilled Hamachi collars and Hamachi sashimi, Skull Island prawns ala Plancha, seared Glacier 51 toothfish with miso butter sauce, and finish with chocolate Hauspie pie. Just a few lucky people will have the chance to be part of an amazing culinary experience in the Center’s Constantinidis Great Hall where Chef Joe Cizynski will demonstrate cooking techniques for each course before it is served. Bring your own beverage … and your appetite! We can’t wait to see you again. Of course, CDC protocols will be observed, including social distanced table seating and masking (except when eating/drinking). Registration closes at noon on Tuesday, December 8.
