Learn the basics of herbal medicine from the comfort of your own home.
Presented by the Cultural Center of Cape Cod on Saturday, October 17, from 10-11am. This class meets online on Zoom. Class confirmation email will contain the Zoom class link. This class will cover the basics of herbal medicine and incorporating herbs into daily life. Instructor Amy Neill will explain the properties of various herbs and how to extract their medicine in different ways in order to create teas, infusions, decoctions, tinctures, syrups, and more.
