Are you interested in learning how to write fiction? Would you like to expand the writing skills you already have? Join Sturgis Library for a free 4 week writing class where you'll learn about  writing Flash Fiction (stories told under 1000 words). Topics such as Form, Voice, Plot, Character Development, and Publishing will be discussed.  (ages 16 and up)

Thanks to a generous grant from The Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, the class will be taught by our assistant director, Corey Farrenkopf, along with award winning writers/editors KL Pereira, Kaitlyn Andrews-Rice, and Jeremy John Parker.
