Watch Chef Joe prepare a fabulous two-course meal from the comfort of your own home. Home sausage-making is easy, delicious, and unlimited in its possibilities for seasonings and varieties. Most traditional sausages are made of meat, fat, flavorings, and casings. At his restaurant, Chef Joe did all the charcuterie work and made many different styles. For this class, he will make classic French Boudin and an award-winning seafood sausage. Following the online class at 5:30pm, food that the chef prepared during the class will be available to all registered students. A masked and gloved associate will be stationed at the handicap ramp at the Center to coordinate curbside pickup. $40, $35 for members. To register, visit www.cultural-center.org.
