Reception, Exhibit and Silent Auction Kick-off March 13, 2020, 5-7pm
We encourage you to visit the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in South Yarmouth from March 13th through March 22nd to view and perhaps purchase, a number of “artistically altered” cheese boxes that will be on exhibit. The artwork is created by current or retired Cape Cod Art teachers as well as their students and friends. Debby Greenwood, who is on the Board of the Cape Cod and Islands Art Educators Association and an Art teacher at the Cape Cod Lighthouse Charter School, stated that, “These boxes really are collectibles because many of the creators are successful exhibiting artists and have expressed creativity, ingenuity and fun in their boxes.” The exhibit and sale of these boxes supports the Cape Cod and Islands Art Educators’ Scholarship program for young people pursuing continuing education in the Visual Arts. Seniors from area high schools are invited each year to apply.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
