Saturday, February 29, from 6-8pm. What better way to celebrate the extra day of the year than with a BBQ!! Join us for a BBQ dinner to put us into the spirit of the imminently coming spring, just 19 days away! The menu includes Cajun BBQ chicken, roasted orange glazed salmon, BBQ pork loin with bourbon cherry sauce, salad nicoise with grilled andouille, couscous salad with roasted peppers, scallions, and arugula, white chocolate mousse with grilled pineapple, roasted grapes and puff pastry, and Stilton cheese and roasted nuts. Stick around for a dance party with The Clayton/Restaino Project at 8pm, pay at the door. BBQ & Blues! This is a BYOB event, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer (if you are 21 and up of course)! $55/$45 members. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
