Regions premier of Aaron Sorkin’s adaptation! Directed by Steve Ross.
Currently in its first run on Broadway, Eventide Theatre Company has secured exclusive performance rights for the regional premiere of this reimagined masterpiece. Aaron Sorkin’s “genuinely radical and thoroughly gripping” new adaptation is has taken a familiar tale and rooted it in meaningful and contemporary context leaving audiences hanging on every word. Filled with the rapid fire dialogue that Sorkin’s fans have come to expect, this adaptation reimagines some of the roles and expands significantly the roles of Tom and Calpurnia, making for a more rich understanding of the characters and how the story unfolds.
