Throughout August, the Brewster Ladies’ Library welcomes artist and designer Amy Mason. The artist has explained that this exhibit is titled “Feels Like Summer” as it is meant to “(evoke) the nostalgia of summertime happiness”. “Feels Like Summer” will run from Friday, August 2 through Thursday, August 29. The public is invited to meet the artist at her reception on Thursday, August 8 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Library auditorium.

This Brewster artist is best recognized “for her whimsical lines of cards and colorful art.” Through her works on display in the Library, Ms. Mason plans to showcase her latest creations which “combine a love of old photos with her newest creative breakthroughs in abstract painting and mixed media collage.” Pictured below are some of the amazing works Amy will be bringing to our Library.
