From Woody Guthrie and John Hurt to Barry Maguire and the Byrds via Bob Dylan, Richard & Mimi Farina and Joni Mitchell, the Resurrection Folk Project takes an audience through a timeline of magical songs. Their concert includes soaring harmonies, precise musicianship and a deep respect for the original form and presentation of the songs. Additional short commentary, supporting stories and visual media fill out the experience.
You can expect to hear Tom Dooley from the early Kingston Trio, The Last Thing On My Mind and other Tom Paxton classics, If I Had A Hammer, Eve of Destruction, Blowin In The Wind, Turn Turn Turn and many others.
