Tom Leach, retired Harbormaster and Natural Resources Director of Harwich on Cape Cod, shares his lifetime of views on the water. For 40 years, he managed the village's active harbors. He has been sketching and painting since college where he made time to take art courses in perspective, anatomy, and oil painting.
