Join us to celebrate a juried exhibit of fiber art in all four main galleries from January 30 through February 10. Come enjoy the art and refreshments and meet an array of interesting artists. Plus, continuing in the Owl Hall, “Land-Sea-Sky,” oil paintings by Lorrie LaPointe through February 24 and open studios by our resident artists.
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:

Reception on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 5-7pm
Drop-off Date: Monday, January 28 between 9am and 5pm.
The Cultural Center invites artists to submit fiber works (two-and three-dimensional pieces including but not limited to weavings, textiles, quilts, wearable art, embroidery, felt work, knitting, crochet, etc). As always, we are looking for work that is exciting, inspiring, memorable.
The exhibit will be juried by Cultural Center staff. Artists whose work will not be included in the show will be notified by Wednesday, January 30.
* Please keep in mind we will be hanging this work for display.
* All work must be original by the artist.
* Please, no work previously shown at the Center.
* Entry fee is $10 per piece.
* All works should be for sale. The Center will receive a 30% commission on sales. The artist, 70%.
* The Center will produce labels for the artwork.
* Unsold work will be picked up on Monday, February 11 or by arrangement.
There is no admission fee to our exhibits or their receptions.
