Leann Shamash has held a camera in her hands for the past ten years, and that lens has helped her discover magic in many places. Forests and leaves, vegetables and fruits, flowers and weeds,  threads, discarded items,  antique dolls, glass and old homes to name a few subjects that she finds intriguing. Each of her photos, despite being simple, invites viewers to ask questions and hopefully leads them to wonder at the story behind a photo.

The public is invited to meet the artist at a reception at the Library on Saturday, December 8 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.
