Join us for an authentic German Oktoberfest dinner prepared by Chef Joe Cizynski. The buffet style dinner will include butternut squash soup with chestnuts and ham, assorted German cured meats with cambozola bleu cheese, smoked salmon with a dill cucumber sauce, sauerbraten with cabbage, apples and spaetzli, German wursts with homemade sauerkraut and beets, and poached shellfish in lager broth. For dessert, we will have chocolate German cake, apple strudel, and assorted cheeses.
This is a BYOB event, feel free to bring your favorite wine or beer (if you are 21 and up of course)!

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
