This class is for kids ages 8-12. Join us as we prepare easy recipes. Your child will cook dishes “hands-on” in a friendly and casual, chef supervised environment. Includes all supplies and food costs. It meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.
Monday-Let’s Grill
Chicken, hot dogs, vegetable kebabs and grilled fruit salad.
Tuesday-Chinese Kitchen
Stir fried chicken with pineapple, vegetable stir fry and Chinese pork ribs.
Wednesday-Mexican Food
Roast pork quesadillas, guacamole and baja garlic shrimp.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
