Not a common sight on Cape Cod, we will feast on that annual right that are soft shell crabs! We will have an Oriental grilled soft shelled crab salad, tempura fried crab sandwich and sauteed with a rose beurre blanc. Finish with cheeses from the Chatham Cheese Company. What better wines than white Loire Valley wines, Muscadet, Vouvray and Sancerre!

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
