Christa Romanosky Fiction Reading at Sturgis Library.

Christa Romanosky Fiction Reading at Sturgis Library.

Presented by Sturgis Library at Sturgis Library

Christa Romanosky, one of this year’s Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center fellows, will be reading from her work at Sturgis Library. A Q and A will follow where Christa will speak about the craft of fiction, the publishing industry, literary journals, and any other creative writing questions you can think of. Come out for a night of literature from one of the most talented young writers writing today! This event is sponsored by a generous grant from the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod.

Bio: Christa Romanosky is a native of northern Appalachia. She holds an MFA in poetry from the University of Virginia. She is a 2017-2018 Provincetown Fine Arts Work Center fellow in fiction, and a 2018 Writer-in- Residence at the James Merrill House. Her writing has appeared in Glimmer Train, Missouri Review, The Massachusetts Review, The Kenyon Review Online, Crazyhorse, and elsewhere. She currently teaches STEM and creative writing courses to K-4 students through Carnegie Mellon University’s Gelfand Center summer series and other elementary arts programs.
