Whether they represent personal memories or expressions of creativity, your photographs are valuable. This class gives you hands-on experience with managing image files and folders. Developing these skills will help you find, work with, and protect your photos.
Using preselected example images, teaching points will include:
-Creating a logical folder structure for your photos
-Using templates to update multiple file names at once
-Viewing and updating a photo’s metadata
-Finding specific images within your structure
This session will run for 90 minutes and the number of students is limited to enable more personal interaction with the instructor. The Cultural Center will provide the example photos, computers, and software for this session. Participants should have already installed and gained a working familiarity with a photo browser application on their own prior to taking this course. While Adobe Bridge will be used for the class, the process is one that can be replicated with other software programs.
