Just like a great wine is born from great grapes, along with a great wine is born a cuisine of excellence, with flavors and aromas that create the perfect food matching. In the Colchagua Valley there are Chilean restaurants that show the best of our land and sea, but there are also restaurants with Italian and Peruvian influences that make great use of the local ingredients. We will dine on lamb and lentil salad, roasted wild mushrooms with chili and lemon oil, steamed crabs, shrimp and scallops al pil pil and finish the evening with cheeses. The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
