Cape Cod Theatre Company, Home of Harwich Jr. Theatre will hold auditions for The Marvelous Wonderettes on Sunday, January 7 & Monday, January 8 from 6-8 pm at the Arts Center, 265 Sisson Rd in Harwich Center. Seeking four females to play roles ages 18 to 28. Please prepare 16 bars of a song that shows your personality and dress prepared to move. Please bring sheet music. Performances are from March 9 – April 1, 2018. The show uses pop songs from the 1950s and 1960s to tell its story as a tribute to the high school Songleader squads of the 50s. The Springfield High Songleaders Betty Jean, Cindy Lou, Missy and Suzy, rally together to entertain their classmates in four-part harmony as last minute replacements at their Senior Prom. The musical includes the songs "Lollipop", "Dream Lover", "Stupid Cupid", "Lipstick on Your Collar", "Hold Me, Thrill Me, Kiss Me", "It's My Party", and "It's In His Kiss (The Shoop Shoop Song)."
