Join us as we prepare easy recipes. Your child will cook dishes “hands-on” in a friendly and casual, chef supervised environment. Includes all supplies and food costs. It meets in the Culinary Arts Center in the Education Wing.
Monday-Fun with chicken!
We'll be making homemade chicken soup from scratch, chicken stirred fried rice and fried chicken.
Tuesday-Fun with flat breads!
We'll be making flat bread pizza, open faced flat bread grilled cheese and tomato soup, flat bread Croque Monsieur and flat bread apple pie.
Wednesday-Fun with pasta!
Homemade cheese crespelle, pappardelle with homemade meat sauce, baked rigatoni and cheese and white chocolate mousse raviolis.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
