Tandor is a cylindrical clay oven, fired to a high heat by wood or charcoal, in which foods, especially meats, are cooked and bread is baked. We will be preparing prawns with pomelo salad, wild mushroom hot pot and Tandoori fried chicken. Enjoy with Lambrusco, Cava, Sparkling Gavi and French demi-sec. We will finish with a cheese course.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
