Learn about the Celtic mystical tradition and learn to meditate. We will also look at the connection between meditation and creativity. Aine will use the harp to demonstrate certain aspects of the creative, imaginative impulse and how it can be heightened using breathing and meditation. This class meets in the Owl Hall on the main level of the Education Wing.
