You are invited to the Hyannis Public Library on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at 6 p. m. to meet award-winning filmmaker Chris Szwedo and attend his presentation “Understanding and Creating Documentaries.”

Join us for an insider’s look at how to develop an original documentary and how to turn inspiration into an imaginative film. 

Chris has traveled extensively throughout North America and Europe for over 20 years producing broadcast documentaries, promotional spots, and educational and non-profit institutional programs. 

Chris is the recipient of national and regional EMMY nominations.  Some of his signature works for Public Television include the award-winning Lime Rock Park: The Secret Valley of Racing;  A Gullwing At Twilight: The Bonneville Ride of John Fitch; and Eye On The Sixties: The Iconic Photography of Rowland Scherman.

This program is free and open to the public.  No registration is required.
