Meet the Artist Barbara Quinn-Grasso on Saturday, November 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. at The Art Gallery of the Guild of Harwich Artists, 551 Main St, (Rte. 28) Harwich Port.  508-432-1012. Barbara will conduct a mini-class in using pastels, including effective application techniques and strategies for dealing with dust.  Each visitor will be able to create a small pastel, using firm and soft pastels, in a classroom-like atmosphere, and aprons will be provided.  Her art, as well as that of twenty-one other Harwich artists, is on permanent display at the gallery. The gallery is a cooperative presenting the original works of member artists in all media.  A special exhibition of themed paintings “Baby It’s Cold Outside" is featured.

Parking is available at the “Tourist Information Center” directly across the street.  Light refreshments will be served, and all are invited to this free event.
