CCMNH presents "The History Girls"

The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster presents The History Girls symposium Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 1pm.

The History Girls features four accomplished Cape Cod authors, Sally Cabot Gunning, Theresa Mitchell Barbo, Deborah Swiss and Nancy Rubin Stuart, who participate in moderated panel discussions that encourage dialogue between the writers and audiences on the craft of historical fiction and historical non-fiction and the creative processes behind those genres.

In this preview of their new symposium, be the first to join three of the four History Girls in a discussion of Benjamin Franklin’s Bastard by Sally Cabot Gunning; Hidden History of Cape Cod and The Pendleton Disaster Off Cape Cod: The Greatest Small Boat Rescue in Coast Guard History by Theresa Mitchell Barbo; and The Tin Ticket: The Heroic Journey of Australia's Convict Women by Deborah Swiss.  Q&A and book signing to follow.
