These 3 preparations are incredibly delicious and satisfying on a cold winter night. We will learn the differences between them as we prepare oyster stew, chicken cacciatore, veal osso bucco and cheeses from the Chatham Cheese Company. While trying these we will be tasting wines from the Chianti region of Italy.

The Center's main parking lot is at the rear of the campus off Union Street, with overflow parking in the town lot on the corner of Old Main and Union Street or down Mill Street. The accessible parking spaces are near the accessible ramp entrance at the rear of the campus.
