We’ll demystify the truth about cooking duck. We’ll learn how to make rillettes, confit, roast duck al’orange, sauteed duck breast, duck salad, duck stock all the while tasting Country French white and red wines. Cheeses from the Chatham Cheese Company will follow duck.
