Presented by Friends of Snow Library,LifetimeLearning at Snow Library

2016 Presidential Election:  Candidates, Money, Consultants and Votes:  Monday, October 19th, 1:30 - 3:00.    Dennis Johnson is professor emeritus from George Washington University's Graduate School of Political Management and has written or edited nine books on the past two presidential elections.  In this program, he will address some important questions about how we choose our president.  This week he will turn our attention to the Electoral College, the reason for which is confusing to many.  How did it come about?  Why is it a good system?  Why isn't it?  How have we tried to reform it?  Why does Iowa get to go first?
