Who bakes the best pie in Cotuit? How do you cook over an open fire? Don't miss this popular family event celebrating the fall season that includes the 2nd Annual Cotuit Pie Bake-Off, Wampanoag learning,artisans demonstrating their 19th century crafts, and book signings by two local authors! Burgers and brats will be grilled up by Ken, the "Doctor of Grillology" and accompanied by local brews from Cape Cod Beer.

If you think you bake the best pie or know someone who does, get those recipes ready! Registration is underway! Download the application on our website CotuitHistoricalSociety.org and mail it in to HSSC, PO Box 1484, Cotuit, MA 02635 by the deadline of September 25 to compete among the best bakers in Cotuit. Guest judges are Cape Cod Times food editor, Gwenn Friss; Town Councilor, Jessica Rapp Grassetti; and Cotuit's Fire Chief, Chris Olsen!
