This is a fundraiser to assist Joshua Walbert, a Texas native now living on Cape Cod, who will be driving down to Vidor, Texas with donated supplies to assist families and individuals impacted by Hurricane Harvey. 

The event will feature live music by local DJs as well as the local band P5. Food will provided by the Trowbridge Tavern and there will be a cash bar. There will be a SILENT AUCTION AND RAFFLE ITEMS from local businesses.

Here is what Friday's event will help fund: 
Rental of a U-Haul. There will be a Stuff-A-U-HAUL event on Thursday, September 21 and Friday, September 22 at a location TBD. Joshua and his girlfriend will depart from Cape Cod on Saturday, September 23, and head to Vidor, Texas, one of the hardest hit locations in Southeast Texas where parts of the city were under 54" of water as of August 31. All of the donated items will be going to the First United Methodist Church of Vidor. Joshua has been speaking with Pastor John Mooney of First United and though they are currently working with the Red Cross, in three weeks time that supply could run out and the community will still have a need for donations. 

Joshua and Lindsey are also working with Dickinson Education Program, a local, Southeast Texas 501(c)3 nonprofit organization to donate any excess monetary donations that are not used for the trip down to Texas. Dickinson Education Program assists the entire Dickinson Independent School District, serving 25 schools. 

Monetary donations will be utilized for the following purposes:
- Rental of the U-Haul
- Fuel for the trip down to Texas
- Food for the drivers
- One-night motel stay at an inexpensive motel during the trip down for the drivers
- Two flights back up to Boston after delivery is complete
